Semco Systems Limited carries on the business of designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing high quality bulk chemical handling equipment systems for a wide variety of industrial, municipal and commercial clients for water and wastewater treatment. These systems include bulk storage and materials handling in which the process materials handled may be screened, sized, scaled, mixed, pumped, compounded or injected into a client's particular manufacturing process. The Semco bulk materials handling systems are designed to move the process materials from receiving, to storage, to final process consumption points in the most efficient and economical manner without compromising the long-term integrity of the client's facility or manufacturing process. 

Semco Systems Limited and its' wholly owned subsidiary Stanco Projects specialize in designing and building these systems for the markets of industrial water and wastewater treatment applications. These applications typically include bulk handling systems for chemical reagents utilized in the process of purifying water or waste water process flow. These systems typically utilize chemical sorbent or reagent materials such as quicklime (CaO), lime slurry or hydrated lime [Ca(OH)²], soda ash (Trona), powdered activated carbon (PAC), MagOx (MgO) and polymer coagulant materials. Systems also include industrial toxic sludge and bio-solids neutralization, stabilization, encapsulation and drying technologies.

All Semco Systems will incorporate specialty Semco manufactured or distributed components that together form the basis of the final engineered solution for the client. These system components could include, bolted or welded storage silos, glass lined silos, geodesic dome covered vessels, pneumatic conveying systems, dry and liquid chemical feed and metering devices, plow mixers, mixing and reaction vessels and process automation controls.
