Transfer Bulk Systems carries on the business of designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing high quality bulk chemical handling equipment systems for a wide variety of plastics industry related applications. These systems include bulk storage and materials handling in which the process materials handled may be screened, sized, scaled, mixed, pumped, compounded or injected into a client's particular manufacturing process. The TBS bulk materials handling systems are designed to move the process materials from receiving, to storage, to final process consumption points in the most efficient and economical manner without compromising the long-term integrity of the client's facility or manufacturing process. 

Transfer Bulk Systems specializes in designing and building these systems for the plastics industry, including PP, PS, PE, LLDPE, PET and PVC polymers.  In particular these systems include bulk resin transfer systems for truck and railcar unloading and loading, in plant resin transfer and metering systems for compounding of resin materials with minor additives. In particular, the compounding automation process for manufacturing both rigid and flexible PVC, with the handling of all minor and micro additives such as process aids, lubricants, fillers, pigments, stabilizers and plasticizers.

All TBS Systems will incorporate specialty TBS manufactured or distributed components that together form the basis of the final engineered solution for the client. These system components could include, bolted or welded storage silos, glass lined silos, geodesic dome covered vessels, pneumatic conveying systems, dry and liquid chemical feed and metering devices, plow mixers and high intensity mixers / coolers for compounding and system automation controls.
